  I would never recommend Overhead Door to anyone. My experience with them has done nothing but raise my blood pressure.
  
  They couldn’t stick to a timeline (that they set); there doesn’t seem to be any internal communication; and the manager I spoke with diminished the situation, speaking down to me because I “don’t understand construction ordering.” He didn’t take the time to find out I was the daughter of a general contractor, so I know more than I’d care to admit about construction, but I digress…
  
  At the end of the day it comes down to communication. They don’t seem to have it internally, which leads to none with the customer. I didn’t get any calls from Overhead Door. None when my product was backorder, apparently multiple times. And none when my appointment was moved. I was told one thing by a representative, and another rep wouldn’t know what I was talking about. The internal tracking seems to be nonexistent. And that’s what lost this customer.
